AD/EMY/11 Patten/Pan Avion Inflatable Escape Slides - Modification

Applicability: All Pan Avion and Patten/Pan Avion Evacuation Slides Models LSR-174( ) and LSR- 174(2) with S/Nos. 473 to 524.
Requirement: To prevent loss of pressure in the evacuation slide inflation system, replace the Patten/Pan Avion inflation hoses P/Nos. 1500-1A on model LSR-174( ) and 1600-19 on LSR-174(2) with inflation hoses P/Nos. 1500-54 on model LSR-174( ) and 1600- 23 on model LSR-174(2) in accordance with Patten/Pan Avion SB 27-75.
or FAA AD 75-16-23, Amendment 39-2295.
Compliance: Within 500 hours time in service after 31 October 1975.
