Compliance: Within the next 100 hours time in service after 30 November 1981.
Background: The manufacturer has indicated that a situation exists in a certain group of coils that could facilitate cracking of the coil potting compound and a subsequent shorting failure. The above group include coils which have already failed in service both in Australia and overseas.
