Applicability: All Slick 4000/4100 series sealed non-repairable magnetos.

 

Note: This AD does not apply to the new Slick 4200 series magnetos which can be overhauled.

 

Requirement: Retire from service.

 

Note: Slick SB 2-80B refers.

 

Compliance: 1. Magnetos with greater than 700 hours total time in service - within 100 hours time in service after 18 April 1991.

 

2. Magnetos with less than 700 hours total time in service - prior to exceeding 800 hours total time in service.
