DHA-3 (Drover) Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/DHA-3/13 Horizontal Tailplane Attachments - Inspection 7/56

Applicability: All models not modified in accordance with DH Mod. DRO 92, Issue 2.

 

Requirement: 1. Inspect the horizontal tailplane rear spar for cracking in the vicinity of the spar to fuselage attachment brackets. This inspection is to be made using an approved penetrant method or a 10 power magnifying glass.

 

2. If cracking has occurred repair the aeroplane to the satisfaction of the Secretary before further flight; or

 

3. ANO 105.1.14.14.6.6.
