Applicability: Model SA 365 N helicopters equipped with tripod part number 360A23-0024-09. Requirement: Action in accordance with Eurocopter Telex Service Bulletin 01.28b.
Note: DGAC AD 88-188-024(B)R1 refers.
Compliance: Unless already accomplished, as specified in the Requirement Document.
Background: A crack was found at the root of one of the three arms on the tripod ring. An investigation revealed that the crack originated at a corrosion site.
