SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES

 


Eurocopter SA 360 and SA 365 (Dauphin) Series Helicopters

 

AD/DAUPHIN/23 Tail Rotor Gearbox Mounting Tripod Internal Surfaces

Applicability: All models SA 360C, SA 361, SA 365C - C1 - C2 -C3 Helicopters. Requirement:  Action in accordance with Aerospatiale Mandatory SB 01.23.

Compliance: (a) For tripods which have been installed on an aircraft for 24 months or more - before 30 June 1989, or

 

(b)     For tripods which have been installed on an aircraft for less than 24 months - when 30 months Time in Service is reached after installation, and

 

(c)      Thereafter at intervals not exceeding 2 400 Hours Time in Service or whenever the tripod is removed for unscheduled maintenance.

 

(d)     For spare tripods - In accordance with the Requirement Document.

 

Background: To ensure tripod internal surfaces are in a serviceable condition and to carry out corrosion protective treatment after inspection.
