Eurocopter SA 360 and SA 365 (Dauphin) Series Helicopters

 

AD/DAUPHIN/21 Tail Rotor Pitch Change Spider

and Blade Horn Foot

Applicability: All model SA 360, SA 361, SA 365C, C1, C2, C3, N and FS helicopters.

 

Requirement: Action in accordance with Aerospatiale Service Telex No 05-12 and 05-16 as applicable.

 

Note: Aerospatiale Telex N 12853 refers.

 

Compliance: 1. Unless already accomplished, prior to further flight.

2.    On completion of 10 flying hours or at each `after last flight’ inspection of the day, whichever occurs first.

 

3.    Immediately following any reports of high vibration levels from the tail rotor assy.
