American Champion (Aeronca, Bellanca) Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/CHA/19 Flap Stage Advisory Plate 5/78

Applicability: All model 8GCBC equipped with flaps.

 

Requirement: Relocate the flap stage advisory plate to approximately mid- position along the flap handle, ensuring that:

 

  1. Flaps can be fully extended when fuel selector lever is in OFF position;

 

2.    Sufficient hand grip length remains for satisfactory operation of the flap handle. Compliance:              Within 100 hours time in service after 31 May 1978.
