AD/CESSNA 210/28 Gear Warning and Fuel Pump Switches

Operating Cable - Inspection and Replacement

Applicability: All models 210 and T210 with S/Nos. 21061020 and on.

Requirement: 1. Inspect control cable assembly P/N 9860057-1 to determine if a plastic coated flexible inner cable is fitted.

 

Note: This can be identified by the presence of swaged end fittings.

 

2. If a plastic coated flexible inner cable is fitted replace with a piano wire type inner cable as per earlier Model Cessna 210 installations, or replace with a complete inner and outer piano wire type cable assembly.
