Cessna 208 Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/CESSNA 208/9 Circuit Breaker Inspection/Replacement 7/90

Applicability: All model 208 and 208A Serial numbers 20800001 through 20800154; and All model 208B Serial numbers 208B0001 through 208B0179.

 

Requirement: Action in accordance with Cessna Service Bulletin CAB 90-6 dated 9 March 1990 or later revision.

 

Compliance: Prior exceeding 100 hours time in service after 12 July 1990.

 

Background:  Cessna has advised that incorrectly rated circuit breakers may be fitted in the circuit breaker panel for the flap motor and standby flap motor circuits instead of the correctly rated 10 amp circuit breaker.
