Cessna 207 Series Aeroplanes
AD/CESSNA 207/25 Wing Tip Navigation/Strobe Lights 7/81
Applicability: Models 207, T207, 207A, T207A with Flint Aero Model FA200 auxiliary wing tip tanks installed in accordance with STC SA2676 WE.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Flint Aero service Bulletin No FA1. Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 31 July 1981.
Background: Due to possible fuel spillage or tank leakage in areas of high voltage or high temperature in the Navigation - Strobe light system including cables, connectors, high voltage power supply, strobe light and navigation lights, the mandatory inspections and modifications are necessary to ensure separation of ignition source from potential fuel leakage.
