Applicability: All models.
Aileron Control Cables 1/74
Requirement: 1. Aeroplanes not modified in accordance with Cessna Service Kit-SK 188-25 (SL SE72-1) or Rex Aviation Dwg. RA-C-1175.
(a) Inspect the aileron control cables in accordance with Cessna SL SE73-12.
(b) Replace the aileron control cables in accordance with Cessna SL SE73-12.
2. Aeroplanes incorporating Cessna Service Kit SK 188-25 or Rex Aviation Drawing No. RA-C-1175:
(a) Inspect the aileron control cables in accordance with Cessna SL SE73-12.
(b) Remove the aileron cables from the aircraft and inspect their entire length.
(c) Retire the aileron cables from service.
Compliance: For Para. 1 (a) - At intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.
(b) - At intervals not exceeding 500 hours time in service. For Para. 2 (a) - At intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.
(b) - Before exceeding 500 hours time in service and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service until replacement.
(c) - At intervals not exceeding 800 hours time in service.
