Casa 212 Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/CASA/23 Aileron Control Rod Movable Joint 9/96

Applicability: All models.

 

Requirement: Action in accordance with CASA SB 212-27-48.

 

Note: Spanish DGAC AD 05/96 refers.

 

Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 15 August 1996.

 

Background: Excessive wear has been discovered in the spherical bearings of the aileron command bar at the base of the control column.
