C.A.C. CA-6 (Wackett Trainer) Series Aeroplanes
AD/CA-6/2 Fuel Selector Cock - Inspection NK
Applicability: All models.
Requirement: 1. Inspect the fuel selector cock and ensure that the backlash, as measured on the selector quadrant in the front cockpit, is not in excess of 15 degrees.
2. Also inspect the indexing cam in the cock itself to ensure that there is a pronounced click when the selector is indexed to its correct position.
3. Replace fuel cocks not meeting the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Order or adjust to bring them within the required standard.
Compliance: At intervals not exceeding 40 hours time in service.
