Unit - Modification or Replacement

Applicability: Model 47G-3-B1.

Requirement: To reduce fire hazard, install a vapour proof type fuel quantity gauge unit acceptable to the Secretary, or modify the Stewart Warner type 439212 fuel quantity gauge tank unit and ensure that the connecting lead is replaced with multi-strand wire correctly terminated. Secure fuel quantity gauge tank unit in a manner that will prevent loosening due to vibration.
