AD/BELL 212/48 Tension Torsion Straps Retention Pins 12/91

Applicability:   All model 212 helicopters.

 

Requirement:  Action in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin No 212-91-68. Compliance:   Prior to further flight after 17 October 1991.

Background:  The manufacturer has become aware that bogus torsion strap retention pins P/N 204- 012-104-005 may have been purchased and installed in the main rotor hub assembly.
