Applicability: All model 212 with cargo suspension kit P/N 212-706-103- 1.
Requirement: 1. Restrict load on external cargo hook in accordance with Bell SB No. 212-78-2, until modified in accordance with Bell SB No. 212-78-6.
2. Modify external cargo suspension kit P/N 212-706-103-1 in accordance with Bell SB No. 212-78-6.
Compliance: 1. On any flight utilising the external cargo hook.
2. Before 1 September 1978.
