Applicability: All model Bell 206L-1 with S/Nos. 45154 to 45610. Document:  Bell Alert SB No. 206L-81-18 Rev. “A”.

Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 30 June 1981.

Background:  There have been several battery relay diode failures reported recently from various operators. This type of failure can and has resulted in burned wiring and smoke in the associated electrical system.
