Requirement: 1. Inspect the hydraulic servo actuator support assembly attachment in accordance with Bell SB No. 206-76-1.
2. Modify the hydraulic servo actuator support assembly attachment in accordance with Bell SB No. 206-76-8 Rev. “A”.

Compliance: Inspect at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service until modified. Modify before 31 December 1976.
