Applicability: All models equipped with Pressure Regulating and shut off Valves Part Nos. 773288- 4 and 773288-5.
Requirement: Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767-36A0015. Compliance: As detailed in the requirement document.
Background: The manufacturer has reported an incident where a failure of the PRSOV caused the pneumatic ducting to be subjected to high pressure air. Considerable damage resulted and jamming of the flap and breakage of the throttle control occurred.
