Fuel Quantity System - Inspection 12/83

 

Applicability: All models equipped with FQIS processor P/N. S345T002-41. Document:  Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767-28A5 Rev. 2.

Note: FAA AD 83-15-05 AMDT. 39-4696 refers.

 

Compliance: Unless already accomplished, initial inspection on or before 31st December 1983.

Subsequent inspections as per requirement document.

 

Note: Compliance with the original issue of this directive does not constitute compliance with this AD/B767/1 AMDT 1.

 

Background: To prevent loss of engine power due to fuel exhaustion resulting from erroneous fuel quantity indication.
