Amdt 1

Applicability: All models.


Airspeed Restriction 9/85

 

Requirement: Limit VNE speed to 139 knots IAS by installing a placard adjacent to the airspeed indicator with the legend:

 

VNE (never exceed) 139 knots IAS.

 

This Requirement will lapse when the aircraft has been modified in accordance with a scheme approved by the Secretary.

 

Compliance: Before further flight after 7 October 1982.

 

Background: Amendment 1 allows for approved modifications to the aileron mass balance and to the wing attachments that will permit restoration of the original flight envelope.
