Applicability: All models 680FL(P), 680T, 680V and 680W with S/Nos. 1261 to 1854; All model 681 with S/Nos. 6001 to 6072;
All model 685 with S/Nos. 12000 to 12066;
All model 690, 690A and 690B with S/Nos. 11001 to 11566; All model 690C with S/Nos. 11600 to 11644; and
All model 695 with S/Nos. 95000 to 95032.

Compliance: Within 25 hours’ time in service after 17 October 1980.
Background: The door locking bayonets may have insufficient engagement with the fuselage retaining blocks.
