AD/AC-112/10 Fuel Tank Access Door Sealant - Replacement 12/79
Applicability: Models 112 and 112B with S/Nos. 13000, 3 to 537 and 539 to 544.
Model 112TC with S/Nos. 13001 to 13108.
Model 112TCA with S/Nos. 13150, 13151, 13153 to 13160, 13162 to 13276, 13301,
13302 and 13304 to 13306.
Requirement: Replace fuel tank access door sealant as detailed in Part II of Rockwell International SB No. SB-112-64.
Compliance: Within 100 hours’ time in service after 31 December 1979.
Background: After long term exposure to aviation fuel the fuel tank access door sealant may break down and cause contamination of the fuel filter and engine fuel system.
