Applicability: All models AA5A with S/Nos. -0176 to -0805;
All models AA5B with S/Nos. -0303 to -1078, and all models which have been fitted with replacement ailerons P/N 5202035-505 shipped from factory between May 1976 and January 1979.

Compliance: Within 25 hours’ time in service after 4 July 1979.
Background: The manufacturer advises that the aileron torque tube joints may have been assembled incorrectly.
