Gulfstream (Grumman American/ American Aviation) AA-5 Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/AA-5/18 Circuit Protection Separation - Modification NK

Applicability: All models.

 

Requirement: 1. Disconnect the instrument light supply wire from the NAV/INST fuse and reconnect to a separate protective device.

 

2.    Disconnect the strobe light supply wire from the PUMP/STARTER fuse and either stow or, if strobe lights are fitted, reconnect to a separate protective device.

 

3.    Reidentify the appropriate fuses and identify the new circuit protective devices. Compliance:              Within 100 hours’ time in service after 28 February 1977.
