Airbus Industrie A319, A320 and A321 Series Aeroplanes

 

AD/A320/6  Engine/APU Fire Control Panel 4/90 Applicability:              All 320-111, 320-211 and 320-231 aircraft detailed in the Requirement document. Requirement:               Action in accordance with Airbus Industrie SB No A320-26-1008 Revision No 1. Compliance:               Prior to 31 July 1990.

Background:  During a fire situation the accidental dual operation of the engine fire push button and flip-guard cover could result in a mechanical jamming of the push button.
