Passenger and Pilots’ Door Emergency Release Mechanism

Applicability: All models A109A and A109AII.

 

Requirement: Action in accordance with Agusta Bollettino Tecnico No. 109-48, Revision A. Compliance:              As per the Requirement Document.

Background: An operator has experienced the loss of a passenger door during flight as a result of a failure to observe the correct refitting procedures.
