Acts of Parliament assented to – Act Nos 91 to 93 of 2023
It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of His Majesty, assented on 17 November 2023 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
No. 91 of 2023—An Act to amend legislation relating to intellectual property, and for related purposes. (Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Regulator Performance) Act 2023).
No. 92 of 2023—An Act to amend the law relating to statutory declarations, and for related purposes. (Statutory Declarations Amendment Act 2023).
No. 93 of 2023—An Act to amend the law relating to migration, and for related purposes. (Migration Amendment (Bridging Visa Conditions) Act 2023).
