Acts of Parliament assented to – Act Nos 87 to 90 of 2023
It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of His Majesty, assented on 6 November 2023 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
No. 87 of 2023—An Act to amend legislation relating to family law, and for related purposes. (Family Law Amendment Act 2023).
No. 88 of 2023—An Act to amend the Family Law Act 1975, and for related purposes. (Family Law Amendment (Information Sharing) Act 2023).
No. 89 of 2023—An Act to amend the Higher Education Support Act 2003, and for related purposes. (Higher Education Support Amendment (Response to the Australian Universities Accord Interim Report) Act 2023).
No. 90 of 2023—An Act to deal with consequential matters arising from the enactment of the National Occupational Respiratory Disease Registry Act 2023, and for other purposes. (National Occupational Respiratory Disease Registry (Consequential Amendments) Act 2023).
