It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of His Majesty, assented to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
Assented to on 4 December 2023:
No. 107 of 2023—An Act relating to supports and services for people with disability, and for related purposes. (Disability Services and Inclusion Act 2023).
No. 108 of 2023—An Act to amend the Inspector-General of Live Animal Exports Act 2019, and for related purposes. (Inspector-General of Live Animal Exports Amendment (Animal Welfare) Act 2023).
Assented to on 7 December 2023:
No. 109 of 2023—An Act to amend the Australian Citizenship Act 2007, and for related purposes. (Australian Citizenship Amendment (Citizenship Repudiation) Act 2023).
No. 110 of 2023—An Act to amend the law relating to migration, and to protect the Australian community from serious offenders, and for related purposes. (Migration and Other Legislation Amendment (Bridging Visas, Serious Offenders and Other Measures) Act 2023).
No. 111 of 2023—An Act to amend the Water Act 2007, and for related purposes. (Water Amendment (Restoring Our Rivers) Act 2023).
