Acts of Parliament assented to
It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 11 September 2014 to the undermentioned Act passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
No. 97 of 2014—An Act to repeal the Energy Efficiency Opportunities Act 2006, and for related purposes. (Energy Efficiency Opportunities (Repeal) Act 2014).
No. 98 of 2014—An Act to amend the law relating to social security, student assistance, aged care, health, data-matching and veterans’ entitlements, and for related purposes. (Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment (Seniors Health Card and Other Measures) Act 2014).
No. 99 of 2014—An Act to amend the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995, and for related purposes. (Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Amendment (Classification Tools and Other Measures) Act 2014).
No. 100 of 2014—An Act to amend the law relating to corporations, and for other purposes. (Corporations Amendment (Simple Corporate Bonds and Other Measures) Act 2014).
No. 101 of 2014—An Act to amend the Nation Building Program (National Land Transport) Act 2009, and for related purposes. (Land Transport Infrastructure Amendment Act 2014).
No. 102 of 2014—An Act to amend the Meteorology Act 1955, and for related purposes. (Meteorology Amendment (Online Advertising) Act 2014).
