Acts of Parliament assented to
IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for general information that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 31 August 2018 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in Parliament assembled, viz:
No. 95, 2018 –– An Act to amend the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, and for other purposes [Broadcasting Legislation Amendment (Foreign Media Ownership, Community Radio and Other Measures) Act 2018].
No. 96, 2018 –– An Act to amend the Enhancing Online Safety Act 2015, and for other purposes [Enhancing Online Safety (Non-consensual Sharing of Intimate Images) Act 2018].
No. 97, 2018 –– An Act to amend legislation relating to family law, and for related purposes [Family Law Amendment (Family Violence and Other Measures) Act 2018].
