Acts of Parliament assented to
It is hereby notified, for general information, that Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 14 March 2013 to the undermentioned Act passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
No. 8 of 2013—An Act to amend the law relating to finance, and for other purposes. (Financial Framework Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2013).
No. 9 of 2013—An Act to amend the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law Act 2012, and for related purposes. (Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law Amendment Act 2013).
No. 10 of 2013—An Act to amend the law relating to migration, and for other purposes. (Migration Amendment (Reform of Employer Sanctions) Act 2013).
No. 11 of 2013—An Act to amend the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006, and for other purposes. (Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (Compliance Measures) Act 2013).
No. 12 of 2013—An Act to encourage the loan of objects from overseas for temporary public exhibition in Australia, and for related purposes. (Protection of Cultural Objects on Loan Act 2013).
No. 13 of 2013—An Act to deal with consequential matters in connection with the Federal Circuit Court of Australia Legislation Amendment Act 2012, and for other purposes. (Federal Circuit Court of Australia (Consequential Amendments) Act 2013).
