Acts of Parliament assented to

 

It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 5 March 2018 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:

 No. 7 of 2018—An Act to amend the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, and for related purposes. (Therapeutic Goods Amendment (2017 Measures No. 1) Act 2018).

 No. 8 of 2018—An Act to amend the Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Act 1989, and for related purposes. (Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Amendment Act 2018).

 No. 9 of 2018—An Act to amend the law relating to banking, insurance, credit, registrable corporations and financial system regulation, and for related purposes. (Treasury Laws Amendment (Banking Measures No. 1) Act 2018).

 No. 10 of 2018—An Act to amend the law in relation to the financial sector, and for related purposes. (Financial Sector Legislation Amendment (Crisis Resolution Powers and Other Measures) Act 2018).
