Acts of Parliament assented to – Act No. 67 to 72 of 2022

 

It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of His Majesty, assented on 30 November 2022 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:

 No. 67 of 2022—An Act to appropriate money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the ordinary annual services of the Government, and for related purposes.
(Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2022-2023).

 No. 68 of 2022—An Act to appropriate money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for certain expenditure, and for related purposes. (Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2022-2023).

 No. 69 of 2022—An Act to appropriate money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for expenditure in relation to the Parliamentary Departments, and for related purposes. (Appropriation (Parliamentary Departments) Act (No. 1) 2022-2023).

 No. 70 of 2022—An Act to amend the Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Act 2016, and for related purposes. (Narcotic Drugs (Licence Charges) Amendment Act 2022).

 No. 71 of 2022—An Act to amend the law relating to offshore electricity infrastructure, and for related purposes. (Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Legislation Amendment Act 2022).

 No. 72 of 2022—An Act to amend the law relating to veterans’ entitlements, and for related purposes. (Veterans’ Affairs Legislation Amendment (Budget Measures) Act 2022).
