Acts of Parliament assented to
It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 27 May 2021 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
No. 37 of 2021—An Act to appropriate additional money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the ordinary annual services of the Government, and for related purposes. (Appropriation Act (No. 3) 2020-2021).
No. 38 of 2021—An Act to appropriate additional money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for certain expenditure, and for related purposes. (Appropriation Act (No. 4) 2020-2021).
No. 39 of 2021—An Act to amend the law relating to education and research, and for related purposes. (Education Legislation Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021).
No. 40 of 2021—An Act to amend the Health Insurance Act 1973, and for related purposes. (Health Insurance Amendment (Prescribed Fees) Act 2021).
No. 41 of 2021—An Act to amend the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility Act 2016, and for related purposes. (Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility Amendment (Extension and Other Measures) Act 2021).
No. 42 of 2021—An Act to amend the law relating to student assistance and social security, and for related purposes. (Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment (Student Assistance and Other Measures) Act 2021).
