It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:

Assented to on 17 May 2017:

 No. 34 of 2017—An Act to amend the Biosecurity Act 2015, and for related purposes. (Biosecurity Amendment (Ballast Water and Other Measures) Act 2017).

Assented to on 19 May 2017:

 No. 35 of 2017An Act to amend the Crimes Act 1914, and for related purposes. (Crimes Amendment (Penalty Unit) Act 2017).

 No. 36 of 2017—An Act to amend the Disability Services Act 1986, and for related purposes. (Disability Services Amendment (Linking Upper Age Limits for Disability Employment Services to Pension Age) Act 2017).

 No. 37 of 2017—An Act to provide resources to and in relation to persons who are, were or will be members of the Parliament, and for related purposes. (Parliamentary Business Resources Act 2017).

 No. 38 of 2017—An Act to deal with consequential and transitional matters in connection with the enactment of the Parliamentary Business Resources Act 2017, and for related purposes. (Parliamentary Business Resources (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017).

 No. 39 of 2017—An Act to amend the Personal Property Securities Act 2009, and for related purposes. (Personal Property Securities Amendment (PPS Leases) Act 2017).

 No. 40 of 2017—An Act to amend the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983, and for related purposes. (Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Amendment (Polar Code) Act 2017).

 No. 41 of 2017—An Act to amend the law relating to taxation, and for related purposes. (Treasury Laws Amendment (Enterprise Tax Plan) Act 2017)
