It is hereby notified, for general information, that Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
Assented to on 17 November 2012:
No. 154 of 2012—An Act to amend the law relating to family assistance, social security, child support, paid parental leave and Indigenous education, and for related purposes. (Social Security and Other Legislation Amendment (Further 2012 Budget and Other Measures) Act 2012).
No. 155 of 2012—An Act to change the law relating to securities issued by the Commonwealth and beneficial interests in such securities, and for related purposes. (Commonwealth Government Securities Legislation Amendment (Retail Trading) Act 2012).
No. 156 of 2012—An Act to amend the law relating to higher education, vocational education and training and research funding, and for related purposes. (Higher Education Support Amendment (Maximum Payment Amounts and Other Measures) Act 2012).
Assented to on 21 November 2012:
No. 157 of 2012—An Act to amend the Water Act 2007 in relation to long-term average sustainable diversion limits, and for related purposes. (Water Amendment (Long-term Average Sustainable Diversion Limit Adjustment) Act 2012).
