Acts of Parliament assented to
It is hereby notified, for general information, that Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 6 November 2012 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:
No. 146 of 2012—An Act to amend the Customs Act 1901, and for related purposes. (Customs Amendment (Smuggled Tobacco) Act 2012).
No. 147 of 2012—An Act to amend the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Act 1989, and for related purposes. (Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Amendment Act 2012).
No. 148 of 2012—An Act to establish the National Portrait Gallery of Australia, and for related purposes. (National Portrait Gallery of Australia Act 2012).
No. 149 of 2012—An Act to deal with consequential and transitional matters in connection with the National Portrait Gallery of Australia Act 2012, and for related purposes. (National Portrait Gallery of Australia (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2012).
