Acts of Parliament assented to

 

It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 25 February 2015 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:

 No. 1 of 2015An Act to amend the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Act 2010, and for related purposes. (Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Amendment Act 2015).

 No. 2 of 2015An Act to amend the law relating to taxation, superannuation and shareholdings in certain financial sector companies, and for related purposes. (Treasury Legislation Amendment (Repeal Day) Act 2015).

 No. 3 of 2015An Act to repeal certain Acts, and for related purposes. (Amending Acts 1970 to 1979 Repeal Act 2015).

 No. 4 of 2015An Act to amend the Customs Act 1901, and for related purposes. (Customs Amendment Act 2015).

 No. 5 of 2015An Act to make various amendments of the statute law of the Commonwealth, to repeal certain obsolete Acts, and for related purposes. (Statute Law Revision Act (No. 1) 2015).

 No. 6 of 2015An Act to amend legislation relating to the criminal law, and for related purposes. (Crimes Legislation Amendment (Unexplained Wealth and Other Measures) Act 2015).

 No. 7 of 2015—An Act to amend the Australian Citizenship Act 2007, and for related purposes. (Australian Citizenship Amendment (Intercountry Adoption) Act 2015).

 No. 8 of 2015—An Act to amend legislation relating to intellectual property, and for related purposes. (Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Act 2015).

 No. 9 of 2015—An Act to amend the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia Act 1999, and for related purposes. (Federal Courts Legislation Amendment Act 2015).
