Acts Interpretation (Ministerial Acting Arrangements for the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Portfolio) Authorisation (No. 1) 2026

 

 

I, Julie Collins, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, acting in accordance with subsections 19(4) and 34AAB(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, authorise
Amanda Rishworth, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, for the period beginning on Saturday 4 July 2026 and ending on Sunday 19 July 2026, to act on my behalf in the performance of any function or duty, or the exercise of any power, that I may perform or exercise under an Act or a provision of an Act.

This instrument is repealed on Monday 20 July 2026.
