EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Authority for making the instrument.  Subrule 10(3) of the Academic Progress Rules 2009.

 

 

2. Purpose and operation of the instrument.  To repeal the Academic Progress (ANU College of Business and Economics) Order 2009.

 

 

3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference.  None.

 

 

4. Consultation process.  The Order was considered and approved by the Council of the University on 4 December 2009.
