ACADEMIC PROGRESS (ANU COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS) order 2009

 

 

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Authority for making the instrument.  Subrule 10(3) of the Academic progress Rules 2009.

 

 

2. Purpose and operation of the instrument.  The Order provides for the exclusion of a student from a graduate coursework program if the student fails two semester courses in a program, or fails the same course twice.

 

 

3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference.  None.

 

 

4. Consultation process.  None.  The Academic Progress Rules, approved by the Council of the University, provide for the making of such Orders.
