EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Authority for making the instrument:  Australian National University (Academic Board Statute) 2017, section 6.

 

 

2. Purpose and operation of the instrument:  The Order specifies the holders of certain offices that are to be regarded as members of ANU College Executive Committees for the purposes of the Academic Board Rule 2017, section 5.

 

 

3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference:  None.

 

 

4. Consultation process:  The Order was made by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Academic Board.
