EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
1. Authority for making the instrument. Australian National University Academic Board Statute 2012, paragraph 6.1(g).
2. Purpose and operation of the instrument. The Order specifies the academic areas that are to be regarded as schools and centres for the purposes of paragraph 6.1(g) of the Australian National University Academic Board Statute 2012.
3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference. None.
4. Consultation process. The Vice-Chancellor of the University approved the Order on 26 March 2012.
