1. Authority for making the instrument. Academic Board and University Policy Committees Statute 2007, section 8.
2. Purpose and operation of the instrument. The Rules prescribe matters relevant to the establishment and regulation of the operations of the Academic Board, University policy committees, and subcommittees of the Board and University policy committees.
3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference. None.
4. Consultation process. The Council of the University considered and approved the Rules.
