EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
1. Authority for making the instrument. Academic Board and Committees Statute 2014, section 11.
2. Purpose and operation of the instrument. The Rule prescribe Academic Board meeting arrangements and the establishment, constitution, functions and powers of committees and subcommittees.
3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference. None.
4. Consultation process. The Vice-Chancellor approved the Rules on the recommendation of the Academic Board.
