Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Amendment (Economic Empowerment) Commencement Proclamation 2022
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Amendment (Economic Empowerment) Act 2021, fix 15 November 2022 as the day on which Part 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
