In light of the comprehensive review of the evidence, the Court of Appeal concluded that the trial judge did not err in his evaluation of the identification evidence or in finding the respondent guilty. The appeal to introduce additional evidence was rejected, and the appeal against the conviction was dismissed, affirming the trial judge's decision.
